Unless otherwise agreed, the dealer should supply the vehicle within 30 days from the day after the customer placed their order.

If a firm offers a post-sale helpline for its customers, there should be a telephone number available that charges no more than the basic telephone rate.
For example, free of charge numbers such as 0800 or geographic numbers such as those starting with the prefix 01, 02 or 03 should be used: a premium rate number would not comply.
